Parsian Leasing Company was established on February 11th 2001 with the investment of “Iran Khodro Development Company” and in accordance with the laws of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran as a “private joint stock” company and with the capital of one million Riyals and was registered under the number 170931 in Tehran Companies and Industrial Property Registration, and officially started its activity on September 23d 2001 under the name of “Khodro Savari Leasing”. At the end of 2003, after Parsian Bank bought the shares of the company, it changed its name to “Parsian Leasing Company”. During these years, this company had 6 stages of capital increasement and currently the capital of this company is 2,000 billion Rials. On December 19th 2017 and following the registration of the minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting at the Companies Registration Office and after obtaining the necessary permits from the Securities and Exchange Organization and the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the legal personality of the company changed from “special shares” to “shares General”. Parsian Leasing Company was listed on the second market of Tehran Stock Exchange under the symbol “Valepars” after acceptance and 20% of its shares amounting to 400 million shares were initially offered on 21th June 2020. In December 2022, the trading symbol of this company was upgraded from the second market to the first market (sub board). This company is one of the subsidiary commercial units of Parsian Financial Group, and the final commercial unit of the group is Parsian Bank. Currently, the company operates with the license received from the Central Bank.
